About Us
Little Nook Therapy welcomes you to a nurturing haven designed to provide culturally responsive therapy to immigrants and adult children of immigrants. We specialize in alleviating anxiety and depression triggered by cultural stressors such as acculturation, identity shifts, and generational pressures.

We represent a space where you don’t have to fit into one mold or pick a single identity—a place where all parts of you are welcome. For those who have felt like they don’t belong fully in one place, it offers a grounding nook to explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a sense of home within. It’s about finding peace in your journey and claiming your space in the world.
Meet the Therapist
Yesim Reynolds, LPC, NCC
Yesim is a compassionate therapist with a unique understanding of the struggles faced by immigrants and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her own experiences as a first-gen immigrant and veteran bring a personal perspective to her work, helping others find balance between cultural identity, family expectations, and personal well-being.
Yesim supports immigrant families and adult children of immigrants in recognizing patterns in their inner dialogue that often shape their confidence and self-worth. She creates a welcoming space for clients who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and the pressure to meet family or community expectations, guiding them to put their own needs first.
Her style combines warmth, compassion, and a touch of humor, allowing clients to feel both at ease and empowered.
